Online Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

CarDekho is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for an individual with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order processing, returns, and exchanges. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer complaints and issues. 5. Update and maintain customer databases with the latest information. 6. Monitor social media platforms for customer feedback and engagement. 7. Provide feedback to the management team on ways to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and hardworking personality traits. 2. Strong planning and adaptability soft skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
