Job Description - Online Customer Service Assistant

Job Description: We are currently seeking an Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Tata Motors in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. This is a part-time role at the Associate Level, ideal for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and phone calls. 2. Providing product information, resolving complaints, and processing orders. 3. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience. 4. Utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) software to track interactions and manage customer data. 5. Assisting with online marketing campaigns and promotions to drive customer engagement. 6. Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and analyzing feedback to improve service quality. 7. Supporting the team with any ad-hoc tasks related to online customer service.


Requirements: 1. Confident and driven personality traits. 2. Strong time management and strategic planning skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and online communication tools. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 6. Prior experience in online customer service or e-commerce is preferred.
