Job Description:
Apple India is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in customer service and online support.
Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to customer inquiries and concerns via online platforms such as chat, email, and social media. - Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding product features, pricing, availability, and order status. - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to Apple products and services. - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction during all interactions. - Leverage data and customer feedback to identify trends and continually improve the online customer service experience.
Requirements: - Independent and resilient mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong planning and decision-making skills to prioritize and manage customer inquiries efficiently. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach. - Proficiency in using online communication tools and customer service platforms. - Knowledge of Apple products and services is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
