Job Description:
upGrad is looking for a talented Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Service Assistant will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our online learners. This is a part-time role that requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries through various online platforms promptly and professionally 2. Assist customers with any technical issues they may be experiencing while using our online learning platform 3. Provide guidance and support to customers regarding course information, enrollment, and billing inquiries 4. Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve any customer issues efficiently 5. Monitor customer feedback and escalate any recurring issues to management for resolution 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 7. Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures 8. Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements: 1. Energetic and hardworking personality traits 2. Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions 3. Persuasion skills to influence and guide customers towards a positive resolution 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment 6. Familiarity with online learning platforms is a plus 7. Proficiency in MS Office applications and customer service software 8. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
