Online Customer Service Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Online Customer Service Assistant at Faasos in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns. 3. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of orders. 4. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers. 5. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors. 6. Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer preferences and suggestions for improvement. 7. Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Confident and resourceful personality. 3. Strong negotiation and innovation skills. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in using online customer service platforms. 7. Knowledge of the food industry is a plus.
