Online Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Rupeek, a leading fintech company based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and possess a resilient and energetic personality.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through online chat, email, and phone communication channels - Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with account management, payment processing, and troubleshooting technical issues - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize retention - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in an online environment - Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with customers - Resilient personality with the ability to stay calm and composed under pressure - Energetic and enthusiastic approach to customer service - Ability to persuade and influence customers towards positive outcomes - Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment - Proficiency in MS Office applications and customer service software - Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus
