Online Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

WhiteHat Jr is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Customer Service Associate to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Service Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media. This part-time position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and support to customers - Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving issues - Monitor online platforms and social media channels for customer feedback and engagement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer service enhancements

Requirements: - Resourceful and driven personality traits - Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation - Strong teamwork and time management skills - Proficiency in using online communication channels and social media platforms - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and customer relationship management systems
