Online Customer Service Associate

Job Description: Apple India is looking for a Part-Time Online Customer Service Associate to join our team in Delhi, IN. As an Associate level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles. We are looking for hardworking and reliable individuals who possess excellent project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and issue resolution to customers. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in customer service roles. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong project management skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in MS Office suite and customer service software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
