Online Customer Service Associate

1mg is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Online Customer Service Associate in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in online customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to online users through various channels, such as live chat, email, and social media. 2. Assist customers with product information, order inquiries, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner. 3. Manage customer complaints and ensure a positive resolution for all parties involved. 4. Collaborate with other team members to optimize customer service processes and strategies. 5. Conduct research on product-related queries and provide accurate information to customers. 6. Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall user experience. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 8. Stay updated on company policies, products, and promotions to better assist customers.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and independent personality with a proactive approach to customer service. 2. Strong people management skills to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively. 3. Excellent research skills to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers. 4. Previous experience in online customer service or a related field is required. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. 6. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 7. Proficient in computer applications and online platforms.
