Job Description - Online Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Dailyhunt is seeking an experienced Online Customer Service Manager to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our online customer service operations.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures for online platforms - Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure efficient and effective resolution of customer inquiries and complaints - Monitor customer feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all online channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service - Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely and appropriate responses - Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty - Conduct regular analysis of customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven track record of at least 7 years in a customer service management role - Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service - Resourceful problem-solving skills - Ability to innovate and think creatively to improve processes and systems - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service management software
