Paytm is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Customer Service Manager to join our team in Delhi, India. As a leading digital payment platform, Paytm is revolutionizing the way people transact online. We are looking for a dedicated individual with a passion for customer service, who can effectively manage our online customer service operations.
Responsibilities: 1. Overseeing and managing the online customer service team, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries and issues. 2. Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Monitoring online platforms for customer feedback and addressing any negative reviews or comments. 4. Training and mentoring team members to provide excellent customer service and handle challenging situations. 5. Analyzing customer service data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 7. Implementing new technologies and tools to streamline customer service processes and enhance efficiency. 8. Handling escalated customer complaints and finding solutions to resolve issues promptly. 9. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in online customer service management. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities. 5. Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and retention rates. 6. Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing circumstances. 7. Experience working in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
