Job Description:
Ola Cabs is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Customer Service Manager to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer service management, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the online customer service operations for our company.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the online customer service experience. 2. Train and mentor a team of customer service representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer service issues and improve processes. 5. Handle escalated customer complaints and provide timely resolutions. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service management. 7. Prepare regular reports and presentations on customer service metrics and performance.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in managing online customer service operations. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. 5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in project management and cooperation.
