Job Description - Online Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Zoho Corporation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Customer Service Manager to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a part-time Online Customer Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our online customers and maintaining high levels of service quality.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee all online customer service operations, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support via various online channels. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Train and mentor customer service representatives to ensure high standards of service delivery. 4. Monitor customer feedback and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to address customer concerns and enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service to continuously improve processes.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in an online customer service management role. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Resourceful and resilient personality traits. 5. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and innovate solutions. 6. Proficiency in using online customer service platforms and tools.
