Online Customer Service Officer

Job description:

InMobi is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Online Customer Service Officer to join our team in Delhi, IN. As an Associate Level Online Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our online customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via email, chat, and phone 2. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues with our online platform 3. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 5. Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience 6. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members 7. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation 3. Problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet 4. Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
