Online Customer Service Officer

WhiteHat Jr is seeking a dedicated and independent Online Customer Service Officer to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As an entry-level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. 3. Coordinate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 4. Proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction with our services. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. 2. Strong research and problem-solving abilities. 3.
