Job Description:

CarDekho is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Online Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As an Online Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through various online platforms. This is a part-time entry-level position with zero years of experience required.

Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, live chat, social media, and other online platforms - Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner - Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer queries - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures - Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies
