Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Online Customer Service Representative to join our team at Zomato in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Online Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our users through various online channels.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via email, chat, and social media platforms - Providing product information, troubleshooting, and resolving customer concerns - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Contributing to the development of customer service policies and procedures - Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities - Ability to think creatively and innovate solutions for customer issues - Must be driven, energetic, and customer-focused - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role - Must be located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
