Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Online Customer Service Representative to join our team at Amazon India in Kolkata, West Bengal. As an entry-level position, this role offers a great opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer service and e-commerce.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, shipping details, and returns or exchanges. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and escalate as needed. 4. Provide exceptional customer service and strive to exceed customer expectations. 5. Assist customers in navigating the website, placing orders, and troubleshooting any technical issues. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.

Strong research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries. 4. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 5. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. 6. Basic computer skills and proficiency in using various software applications. 7. High school diploma or equivalent. 8. No prior experience required
