Job Description:

Provide exceptional customer service and strive to exceed customer expectations. 5. Assist customers in navigating the website, placing orders, and troubleshooting any technical issues. 6. Collaborate with other departments to solve complex customer problems and ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.

Strong research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries. 4. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 5. No prior experience required
