Job Description:
InMobi is seeking an adaptable and passionate Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an entry-level position, this part-time role requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or related field.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance via online channels such as chat, email, and social media - Respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members and follow up to ensure resolution - Assist with general inquiries and provide support for online sales and promotions - Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to make quick and effective decisions - Demonstrated leadership qualities - Proficiency in online communication tools and platforms - Excellent multitasking abilities - Fluency in English and any additional languages is a plus - Previous experience in customer service is preferred
