Job Description:

As an Online Customer Service Representative at Hero MotoCorp in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. Your primary duties will include responding to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media platforms, resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our products and services.
