Job Description - Online Customer Service Representative


Job Description:


As an Online Customer Service Representative at Hero MotoCorp in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. Your primary duties will include responding to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media platforms, resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our products and services. You will also be responsible for processing customer orders, tracking shipments, and providing product information to customers.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media platforms - Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Processing customer orders and tracking shipments - Providing product information and recommendations to customers - Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Monitoring and updating customer accounts - Generating reports on customer interactions and feedback - Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills - Adhering to company policies and procedures


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving skills - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service - Drive to exceed customer expectations - Innovative thinking and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
