Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with online orders, product information, and general inquiries - Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Provide feedback on customer trends and common issues to improve processes
