Job Description:

HCL Technologies is seeking an Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online channels such as email, chat, and social media. This part-time role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally through online channels - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Reliable and energetic personality - Strong people management skills - Adaptability to changing customer needs and situations - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in using online communication tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
