Online Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

upGrad, a leading online education platform, is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals who are reliable, adaptable, innovative, and have strong decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to online students via email, live chat, and phone. 2. Assist students with navigating the online learning platform and troubleshooting technical issues. 3. Proactively reach out to students to ensure they are progressing well in their courses and address any concerns they may have. 4. Collaborate with the customer success team to identify opportunities for improvement in the online learning experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and feedback for reporting purposes. 6. Assist in onboarding new students and providing them with guidance on how to make the most of their online learning experience.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for innovation. 3. Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively. 4. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 5. Experience with online customer service or education platforms is a plus, but not required.
