Online Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

HealthifyMe, a leading health and fitness company based in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN, is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team at the Associate Level. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support through online channels such as chat, email, and social media. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, technical support issues, and account management. 3. Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are satisfied with our services and address any issues or concerns promptly. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services. 5. Utilize customer feedback to improve our products and services and contribute to the overall success of the company. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues to ensure resolution.

Requirements: 1. Resilient and adaptable personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 2. Excellent cooperation and planning skills to effectively manage customer interactions and prioritize tasks. 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 4. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
