Online Customer Success Associate

Google India is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Associate to join our team in Delhi, IN. As an Associate Level position, we require at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, passionate, demonstrate emotional intelligence, and possess creativity.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. 3. Routinely monitor customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience. 5. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and recommend strategies for improvement. 6. Assist in creating engaging content and resources for customers.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2. 4+ years of experience in customer success or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively. 5. Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM software. 6. Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
