Job Description:
Larsen & Toubro, a leading multinational technology, engineering, construction, manufacturing, and financial services conglomerate, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Online Customer Success Manager to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu on a part-time basis.
Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with online customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services. 2. Proactively reach out to customers to provide support, gather feedback, and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner. 3. Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing guidance, training, and resources to help them maximize the value of our offerings. 4. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. 6. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention, loyalty, and advocacy.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles. 3. Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
