Job Description:
Blinkit, a rapidly growing online retail company based in Bangalore, Karnataka, is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Manager to join our team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or related field and possess the personality traits of being confident and resilient.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage relationships with online customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. 2. Provide timely and helpful responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a professional and efficient manner. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions. 5. Monitor customer feedback, trends, and behavior to identify opportunities for improvement. 6. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and engagement. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer success.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Proven track record of successfully managing online customer relationships. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Attention to detail and strong decision-making skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
