Job Description - Online Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


Shaadi.com, a leading online matchmaking platform based in Delhi, IN, is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate for this Mid-to-Senior Level position will have at least 7 years of experience in customer success or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a portfolio of online customers, ensuring they are satisfied with our services and are meeting their desired outcomes. 2. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized support and guidance. 3. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to customers to enhance their experience. 4. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to communicate customer feedback and promote customer success initiatives. 5. Analyze customer data to measure and track key performance indicators such as retention rates, customer satisfaction scores, and lifetime value. 6. Develop relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations to foster long-term partnerships. 7. Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies and best practices.


Requirements: 1. 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities effectively. 4. Excellent negotiation and creative problem-solving skills. 5. Reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently.
