Job Description - Online Customer Success Representative


Job Description:


Faasos, a leading online food delivery company based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN, is seeking an Online Customer Success Representative to join their team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Interact with customers through various online platforms to resolve their queries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide support and guidance to customers regarding the use of Faasos' online platform, services, and products. 3. Proactively engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction and promote loyalty to the brand. 4. Conduct research and gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in Faasos' services. 5. Collaborate with the internal team to implement customer-focused solutions and enhancements. 6. Assist in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for analysis and reporting.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach. 2. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 3. Proficient in using online tools and platforms for customer service purposes. 4. Driven and motivated to exceed customer expectations and deliver delight in every interaction. 5.
