Job Description - Online Customer Success Representative

Job Description:


HealthifyMe, a leading digital health and wellness company based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN, is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Representative to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are resilient, energetic, and possess strong emotional intelligence and project management skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through online platforms to provide product support and ensure customer satisfaction. 2. Proactively address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. 4. Monitor customer usage data to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies. 6. Contribute to the overall success of the customer success team and the company as a whole.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Strong organizational and time management abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online communication tools. 6. Understanding of basic project management principles.
