Online Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:

BharatPe is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Online Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to customer inquiries via online chat, email, and phone - Onboard new customers and ensure they understand our platform and services - Provide solutions to customer issues and technical problems - Work closely with the sales and technical teams to address customer needs - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and improve their experience - Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify potential upsell opportunities - Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to better serve our customers

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred - Motivated individual with a passion for customer success
