Job Description - Online Customer Success Specialist

Zoho Corporation is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Delhi, India. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be reliable and driven, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and drive product improvements - Monitor customer feedback and escalate any issues to the appropriate teams for resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or customer success - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using customer support tools and systems - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
