Job Description:
Unacademy, a leading online education platform, is seeking an Online Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Delhi, India. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for someone who is resourceful, motivated, and eager to make a positive impact in the education sector.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support to students and instructors via various online communication channels (email, live chat, social media) - Assist with resolving technical issues related to the platform and course materials - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Assist with data entry and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Flexibility to work evening and weekend hours as needed
