Online Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

Cars24 is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Associate to join our team in Delhi, IN. We are looking for an individual with at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles who is reliable, adaptable, and possesses strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online customer support through various channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Utilize data to track and analyze customer interactions to continuously improve support processes. 5. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to address customer needs and provide solutions. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in customer support roles. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey information to customers. 3. Leadership skills to take charge of customer support interactions and drive resolutions. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously. 5. Reliable and adaptable to changing customer needs and priorities.
