Job Description - Online Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


The Adani Group is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Manager to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead the online customer support team to ensure high-quality service delivery. 2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer support experience. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and procedures. 5. Provide training and guidance to customer support team members. 6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in a customer support management role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to lead a team and foster a positive work environment. 5. Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite. 6. Resourceful and reliable personality traits. 7. Strong decision-making and strategic planning skills.
