Job Description - Online Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Online Customer Support Manager to join our team at Shaadi.com in Delhi, India. As the Online Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of online customer support representatives, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in a customer support role.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of online customer support representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed - Monitor customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring timely and accurate responses - Develop and implement customer support processes and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Analyze customer support metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement - Work closely with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to address customer issues and improve the overall customer experience


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 8+ years of experience in a customer support role - Strong people management and emotional intelligence skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software
