Apple India is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Customer Support Officer in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This is a part-time position at the entry level, requiring at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via online chat, email, and social media platforms. 2. Assist customers with product information, technical support, and issue resolution. 3. Proactively engage with customers to ensure a positive experience with Apple products and services. 4. Develop creative solutions to meet customer needs and exceed expectations. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for future reference. 7. Stay up-to-date on Apple products, promotions, and policies to accurately assist customers.
Requirements: 1. Confident and energetic personality with a passion for customer service. 2. Strong people management skills with the ability to handle difficult customer interactions. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Proficiency in using online communication tools and customer service software. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 6. Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
