Job Description: HealthifyMe is seeking a dedicated and confident Online Customer Support Officer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via online channels such as live chat, email, and social media - Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and account management - Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers and update CRM system - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues - Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to team projects - Provide outstanding presentation of our products and services to potential and existing customers - Make quick and effective decisions to ensure a positive customer experience
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate ideas clearly - Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills - Previous experience in customer support or a related role - Proficient in using CRM systems and online communication tools - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Self-motivated and able to work independently - Confident and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
