Job Description:
BigBasket, a leading online grocery delivery service, is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Representative to join our team in Delhi, India. This entry-level position is perfect for candidates with at least 1 year of experience and a strong desire to provide excellent customer service in an online environment.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and complaints via email and chat in a timely and professional manner 2. Assist customers with order placement, product information, payment issues, and any other concerns they may have 3. Troubleshoot technical issues related to the website or mobile app 4. Process returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies 5. Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any escalated issues 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 7. Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers 8. Collaborate with the team to improve customer support processes and procedures 9. Meet and exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction, response time, and first contact resolution
Requirements: 1. Resourceful and motivated individual with a strong passion for providing exceptional customer service 2. Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively 3. Strong time management skills to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 6. Proficiency in using computer software and online communication tools 7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
