Online Customer Support Representative

Job Description: Box8 is looking for a dedicated Online Customer Support Representative to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Associate Level role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online users. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, ordering, payment processing, and any other concerns they may have. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate department if necessary. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Resourceful and reliable individual who can work independently and as part of a team. 3. Excellent time management and decision-making skills. 4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
