Online Customer Support Representative

Job Description: Khatabook is seeking a motivated and reliable Online Customer Support Representative to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Associate Level team member with at least 3 years of experience in customer support, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our online customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately. 3. Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to address customer needs and feedback. 5. Conduct online demos and training sessions for customers as needed. 6. Assist with customer onboarding and product setup. 7. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends. 8. Contribute to the development of support materials and resources.

Requirements: 1. Strong project management skills and the ability to lead initiatives. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Experience in a fast-paced customer support environment. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
