Job Description - Online Customer Support Representative

As an Online Customer Support Representative at Tech Mahindra in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various online communication channels. Your primary goal will be to address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure overall satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally via email, chat, and social media platforms. - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to customers. - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers. - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - Motivated and adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Strong planning and negotiation skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in using online communication tools and customer service software.
