Job Description - Online Customer Support Specialist

As an Online Customer Support Specialist at Rupeek, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our online customers. You will be the first point of contact for any customer inquiries, issues, or complaints, and it will be your job to ensure that each customer has a positive experience with our company.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a friendly and efficient manner. 3. Provide product information and assistance to customers who are interested in our services. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other departments within the company to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 3. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required. 6. Proficiency in using online communication tools and software. 7. Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.


Personality traits: 1. Driven - motivated to provide top-notch customer service and exceed expectations. 2. Adaptable - able to quickly adjust to changing customer needs and company policies.


Soft skills: 1. Attention to detail - able to accurately record customer interactions and address customer needs. 2. People management - able to effectively communicate and problem-solve with customers.
