Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Pepperfry in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As an Online Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online customers through various channels such as chat, email, and phone. This is a part-time entry-level position, perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the field of customer support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries - Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on problem-solving - Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Provide proactive support to customers by offering product recommendations and solutions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Present a positive image of the company through excellent customer service

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a passion for customer service is a must - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and a desire to help others - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly - Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication tools - Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
