Dunzo, a leading delivery service in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN, is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team at the Associate level. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support and possess a confident and reliable personality. Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail are also highly valued for this role.

Responsibilities: - Provide online customer support via chat, email, and social media platforms - Handle and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed to the appropriate department - Assist with order processing, tracking, and delivery updates - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using online customer support tools and software - Knowledge of delivery services or logistics is a plus - Confident and reliable with a strong attention to detail - Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
