Job Description:
As an Online Live Chat Assistant at Stellapps, you will be responsible for providing efficient and friendly customer service through online live chat support. Your primary duty will be to assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also be expected to promote products and services, generate leads, and handle customer complaints effectively.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner through online live chat - Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products and services - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Promote products and services to increase sales and generate leads - Handle customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes - Maintain a positive and energetic attitude to create a welcoming and friendly environment for customers - Meet performance metrics and targets set by the company
Requirements: - A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure - Hardworking and energetic personality traits - Creativity and innovation in problem-solving and customer interactions - Proficiency in using live chat software and customer service tools
