Online Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Pine Labs is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Online Live Chat Assistant. This is a part-time entry-level position based in Bangalore, Karnataka. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through online chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues. - Assist customers with product inquiries, transactions, and technical troubleshooting. - Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution. - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and provide feedback to improve the customer experience. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers. - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times to represent the company in a positive light.

Requirements: - No prior experience required, just a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and concisely. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - A passion for innovation and cooperation to contribute to a positive team dynamic. - Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in typing and navigating online platforms. - Fluency in English is required, additional language skills are a plus.
