Online Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Cred is seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The Online Live Chat Assistant will be responsible for providing real-time support to customers through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via live chat - Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and troubleshooting - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Proactively engage with customers to ensure a positive experience - Identify and report any trends or issues in customer inquiries to improve overall customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Passionate and independent individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers - Previous experience in customer service or a related field - Proficient in using online chat platforms and basic computer skills - Ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to change
