Online Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

HCL Technologies is seeking a talented and energetic Online Live Chat Associate to join our team in Delhi, India. This part-time position is ideal for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or online chat support. As an Associate Level Online Live Chat Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through online chat to provide timely and accurate information, resolve issues, and address concerns. 2. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support on a variety of topics, including product information, order status, technical issues, and general inquiries. 3. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized, professional, and empathetic service. 4. Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. 5. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and follow-up as needed. 6. Stay current on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to effectively support customers. 7. Assist in quality assurance activities to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or online chat support. 2. Confident and hardworking personality with excellent communication skills. 3. Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively. 4. Demonstrated emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers. 5. Proficiency in typing and navigating online chat platforms. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
