Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Online Live Chat Associate to join our team at Quikr in Delhi, IN. As an Associate Level employee, the Online Live Chat Associate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service through online chat support. This part-time position requires at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through online chat to provide assistance, answer queries, and resolve issues promptly and efficiently - Offer product recommendations and guidance to customers based on their needs and preferences - Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Proactively reach out to customers to offer assistance and ensure a positive experience - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing all inquiries with professionalism and empathy - Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices for improving customer service
Requirements: - 4 or more years of experience in online customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively - Adaptability to changing customer needs and expectations - Attention to detail to ensure accurate and thorough responses to customers - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
